  I had a uni assignment due tonight that had to be submitted via turnitin but they had an unexpected outage and went down for 3 hours! Stresssssssss! Managed to get it submitted with 13 minutes to spare 🙌

  Our charge got in a screaming match with the anesthesia lead this morning and I was so floored I sat completely frozen in place. I really thought hands were gonna be thrown!!!! Praying there is NO DRAMA tomorrow because my GOD I have had enough!!!!!!

  I got yelled at for dumb things today... That I was told to do. My adult ed class has a hydroponic system they're building and we installed it in the cafeteria and I was asked why didn't I get maintenence to do it so it would look better and they could do a back drop for it. I told the director I was told to have students do the project why would I have someone else install it? And I asked the director of maintenance where I could install it especially with fire codes she he told me I could put it anywhere I want. I told the adult Ed director where the students selected. She saw them building it and new we would be installing it, why is she giving me crap now.... Also I guess my students opened a window she the teacher in that classroom froze this morning she if was my fault for not seeing the open window... Oh and according to the building trades teacher I left his room a mess with stuff everywhere. We went down got our supplies and then used a drill and wire snippers we weren't even in his room. So yeah, it was a great Wednesday.

  Final reason I'm leaving my job....I gave my notice on Monday of this week. (just a notice and acceptance, not a full conversation) My boss said she would come talk to me the next day to wrap up details. Didn't hear from her on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we had a full staff meeting and at the end she said "I promise I'll get with you tomorrow!" It is now Friday and she hasn't made any effort to come talk to me all week. I know people are busy, but it just shows me how important I was to her to begin with if she doesn't even care to come set up my last 2 weeks with me. But it's like my husband said, I'm not worrying about it...she's only hurting herself, not me. I could be helping out big time but now she only has me for another week. Just annoyed.

  @whitta1015 when I quit my last job, my boss was so angry he literally never responded or acknowledged me for the rest of my time in that position. If I wanted to get his okay on something, I had to have my co-worker send it to him because he hard-ignored all of my emails! 

  On the bright side, it completely removes all guilt or doubt of quitting when they chose not to handle the situation like adults. I’m happy for you that you have even further clarity about the decision you made!

  Ok so… it’s snowed at least seven inches since 5am.
  I live in OREGON. In the Cascade Foothills, but basically the Willamette Valley, where it should either be RAINY or WARM. 

  It might finally have stopped literally as I have been typing this.
