I had my weekly appointment yesterday and I'm still 1cm dilated but now 75% effaced. Baby has definitely dropped and my OB said "locked and loaded, ready to come out any day." And I'm thankfully not GBS+ this time around.

Tick, tock. This waiting game is not easy!!
