Me: 36 H: 40 Married 2015. Together since 2010.
TTC: Sept 2016-Oct 2017
BFP Oct 2017. DD born July 2018.
TTC: March 2020. BFP March 2020
Due date was Nov 2020
DS born Sept 2020. DS passed away Nov 2020 due to prematurity and birth trauma.
TTC: March 2021
IUI #1 Nov 2021, BFN
IUI #2 Dec 2021 BFP.  MC Jan 2022
IUI #3 Aug 2022 BFN
IUI #4 Sept 2022 BFN
AMH test came back at .081. Was going to move on to IVF with DE, but have decided not to. Will be leaving it up to the universe now.

    CD: 13

    WAYDTGKU: OPK, HiO, PNV, baby aspirin, CoQ10, progesterone after ovulation.

    R/R: mad I fell asleep on the couch last night and missed a chance to DTD so close to O time. 

    CS/Q: check the OPK help thread for my confusion

    @bearmomma1 can I ask about CoQ10? I see more and more people using it, what does it help with? I’m curious now…

    R/R: Our date night was wonderful! We had a couple that wound up sitting next to us that just got married yesterday, and that was fun! It was just nice to have a quiet, relaxed dinner.

    WAYDTGKU: BCP, clomid, PNV, iron, DTD, OPKs etc etc 

    R/R: I’m nervous the clomid won’t work and I won’t ovulated but I’m also trying my best to keep a positive mindset! So that’s my current internal struggle 

    CS/Q: when do yo ya try using OPKs? What CD?

    @bearmomma1 should have woken DH up when you went to bed 😝

    @ejoseph16 coenzyme q 10 is believed to help have better egg quality I believe!

    @ejoseph16 yea CoQ10 is an enzyme that’s supposed to help with egg quality. Here’s the brand I use’s information page on it. https://blog.theralogix.com/coq10-fertility/ it’s pretty pricey but you should be able to Google a PRC code to get the discount.

    @tryingktogku unfortunately my H fell asleep early last night as well! I did finally get a peak yesterday, but I also think I O’d yesterday morning. Will just have to hope our Thursday night effort was enough!

    @bearmomma1 @tryingtogku interesting! I’m looking into it now, mostly out of curiosity! 

    @tryingtogku I start my OPK usually day 12 or so. I use cheapies for a few days, then I start my CBAD. I just invested in the CBAD that connects via Bluetooth to an app to track your results, so I’m excited to try that this month. It says I should start day 14 for theirs, so I’ll probably start it then!
