R/R: OMG... I had my first ever migraine during the night and holy sh*t it was AWFUL! I went to bed at 9pm, then woke up at 11:45pm with a MAD headache (I had a few cans of cider last night so I attributed it to those) and did my whole routine of taking Tylenol and putting a cold/wet cloth on my forehead. Fast forward 1 hour later, nothing's helping. So I went to sit on the toilet with my head cradled in my hands when a wave of nausea overtook and I vomited aggressively into the waste basket (thank God I recognized it was coming and had enough time to reach for the waste basket). MH had gone out to sleep on the couch earlier (that's what he does when he can't fall back asleep after waking up / going to the bathroom) and I walked outside to throw out my puke bag and he jumps up and ask worryingly "what's wrong??!!" I proceed to tell him. He was very concerned; went through the trouble of trying to see if there's a 24hr pharmacy near us (we're fairly new to the area, so don't know where those are yet.) Ultimately, the vomiting had already started to ease the pain and then I took a Robax (Canadian version of Robaxacet) and went back to bed. The meds started to work almost immediately.

Not to symptom spot or anything given that it's 3DPO, but... I'm chalking this up to a good sign. Apparently fertility treatments can induce headaches, but we've been at it for 1.5 years already and this is the first time this has happened. But also, I would hate for this to become a thing. Apparently ppl can develop migraines up to age of 40, and I'd be sneaking it right in there, if this were to become a norm.

I'm glad the nausea eventually went away and FX for it being a good sign!!!

Testing: Next weekend probably.

R/R: Still kind of reeling from being so grouchy and anxious about my job/career, but Saturday suppression is helping a bit. I made a delicious quinoa salad and potato soup thats just warming my soul right now. Still colder than a witches tit here but we made it outside today. My DH is so over living here for this reason and I can't say I blame him.

CS/Q: Pay no attention the chart behind the curtain...I took away my manual override just to see what FF does with it.

@mrsmtothek omg I’ve never heard of that expression “colder than a witches tit” bahahahaha. What’s the brief version of your career woes? I think I missed it.

Rave - I went out with some girlfriends last night and we splurged for the chefs tasting menu and ohhhhhhmygoddddd it was incredible 🤤

*luuuuuurrk* @acleverusername that migraine sounds miserable. hopefully it's a good sign! i also got the most awful migraine when i was a few days into stims for my december retrieval. the RE says migraines can be triggered when your body has a major hormonal swing (so it's not so much about having really high E2, say, or high prog., but about the shift itself). He says even women that don't usually get migraines can develop them during treatment. They don't tend to stick around once treatment ends, thankfully.

@optimistgardener thanks so much for the added tip. I was very afraid to go to sleep last night, for the fear that I might get one again. Luckily it didn't happen. But holy... the hormonal shift must have been pretty bad for that to have happened.

@acleverusername it was a seriously amazing meal - like ten or more family style dishes and each was completely different and incredible. This striped sea bass with mint and grapefruit blew my mind oh and these sunchokes in this yogurt sauce…I’m drooling all over again haha. And the wine 🍷 😍
