Single pregnant mom and have a one year old

I was already planning on leaving my daughters father due to constant online affairs when I found out I was pregnant with our 2 daughter.
I strongly contemplated abortion but couldn’t follow through, I am almost 40 with a one year old and soon to be newborn ( im 25 weeks ) I try to maintain some communication with him but he’s more stress then anything.
My question is , is there any single mommies out there with a little toddler and a new baby ? If so any advice on anything and everything!! I have never had kids this close together before ( I have high school / college age children as well ) I’m scared I’m going to lose my mind , patience and sanity. Any advice and or suggestions would be wonderful. Thank u

    First, many kudos to you!… For the decisions to see your pregnancy through, for knowing your worth in leaving an unhealthy relationship, and for reaching out for support… I am almost 38. I have a 20 year old son and a toddler who just turned 4. So I can relate to you a bit. I was a single mom for most of my oldest son’s life. I’m not sure if you were ever a single mom before this.. If yes, I would encourage you to remind yourself you did it before so you can surely do it again. If not, I would say from experience we women handle things much better than we predict. Having a little one and another on the way, I can only imagine how you may feel. But with the little you shared, I can tell you are strong and capable, maybe even more than you realize. If any specific questions I may be able to answer, about starting over etc, feel free to bounce them over. Btw there’s a post under single parents title “having 2 under age 2” a lot of responses there, may be anything useful?? Wish you and your babies all the best! :)
