Crazy dreams?

Hi everyone,
Has anyone else been having crazy, vivid dreams? I had a nightmare about a miscarriage last night and I’m having trouble shaking it. 

My sleep has been very different. I am now waking up easier in the morning but also scaring myself awake with nightmares. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi,

    please move your question to the “Great Big Question” thread and introduce yourself if you haven’t done so already! It would help build a better sense of community if your change your Knottie name - see the thread regarding how to do that.
