Placenta issues???

I am 22 weeks along. Atmy anatomy scan I was told that I have a benign tumor on my placenta at the base of the umbilical cord. It's called a chorangioma. Anyone else go through this?

    Hi! Not too sure about that.. I was told my placenta was long I was very confused at that and my baby is in cephalic position?. Just confusing
