Cramps at 4 weeks

in 1st Trimester
I found out I was pregnant yesterday with 3 bfp’s which I’m still in total shock about. I’ve had cramps since Monday which is why I thought I was going to start af, my cramps are getting more intense everyday to the point I keep going to the toilet expecting to see bleeding. Is this normal? I know mild cramps can be but these are worse than af. Any help would be great, thanks x

    Cramps in early pregnancy are completely normal unless they accompanied by blood or are very intense. You should call your doctor if you’re concerned.
