What was your HCG at 4 weeks?

in 1st Trimester
I got a positive test 2 days ago and went and got bloodwork done to confirm pregnancy. My HCG was 12,096! Anybody else have a high hcg?? I took letrozole as I can't ovulate on my own. My 1st pregnancy at 4 weeks my HCG was 68 and stayed low most of the time till I miscarried at 9 weeks.

    Wow! Mine was 778. I look letrozole too and the trigger shot. I don't know why yours would be so high. Do you know how many eggs you released? Sounds like you see a fertility specialist and I do too

    Mine was 679 at 4 weeks, 2 days. I also took letrozole (it was my second round). Going in for another HCG check tomorrow at 4 weeks, 5 days - hoping all is well!

    I’ve read that a high HCG can mean twins!

    Mine was 7870! Which seems very high. I've been reading a lot about why it could be that high and multiples seems to be the biggest reason.
