pregnancy necessities?

Hi! I'm 4+5 weeks pregnant, and I've been stocking up on maternity clothes and the like, what are some things you've stocked up on? Weve been TTC for eight months and now I feel like I'm not ready for anything! Any pregnancy necessities, or things i should stock up on now?

    You have plenty of time before you will need them and a lot will depend on how you carry and what you prefer. Belly bands and pant button extenders are a great way to extend your current wardrobe. I wore a lot of dresses and skirts with elastic waistbands which worked throughout pregnancy and beyond. If you plan on breastfeeding many maternity shirts double as nursing shirts. Otherwise, layering tank tops with button downs works well too.

    It’s not necessary but I finally bought a c shape body pillow at 8 weeks and even though I don’t have a big belly (mostly bloating) I am sleeping much better overall.

    Like PP said, we have time! If you have maxi dresses in your wardrobe, with a forgiving waistline, I bet you'll get a lot of use out of them. It sounds like you're due in later fall, so you likely won't need a winter maternity coat (that is, if you're somewhere that requires a winter coat!) 

    One of my favorites for my first pregnancy was the plain cotton maternity dresses and the side panel pixie pants from Old Navy. I'd also suggest taking a look at secondhand clothing sites (Poshmark, ThredUp, etc.) if you're looking for something more reasonably priced.
