Any victories you want to celebrate? I had a really successful work out last Thursday that I felt great about. I finally got back to triple digits on my deadlift at low reps and didn’t have any abdominal pain after. I also caved on buying a maternity belt to wear during my work outs. We’ll see what that does for me.
