Has anyone spotted for a long time and still had a good outcome?

I am 7 weeks 4 days. I had an ultra sound at 7 weeks 1 day baby had a strong heart beat was 133 and they couldn’t find any reason for why I’m spotting. I have been spotting for six days now, not enough to even fill a panty liner but it’s a few drops every hour, it’s dark brown sometimes red/brown. Not really cramping at all. My doctor said nothing to do but pelvic rest and wait and see, I have another ultra sound scheduled in 11 days. Has anyone had this happen and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I’m so worried I can’t stop thinking I’m losing my baby.
