I am thankful that DH has heeded my desperate cries for better sleep and started shutting the animals out of the bedroom. I know it hurts him because he loves letting our black lab sleep in our bed.

My foggy brain forgot to post this twice now I think, I'm aiming to be better at remembering.

Thankful for so many things. I'll be cliché this week and say I'm thankful for a roof over my head, a warm bed to sleep at night and be able to food for my kids when so many around the world don't have the basics.

@pinkkillersheep I feel bad for my dog being banned from our bed also, but I sleep so much better without him on top of my feet and me constantly kicking him as I toss and turn. Your sleep is just as important!

I’m thankful for family being handy and always willing to help! My father in law is newly retired and has been at our house helping to paint our bathroom (the bathroom redo project started a year ago and still isn’t done) and volunteered to also paint all the trim in our front hall, up the stairs, and in the upstairs hall before we have the stairs recarpted. I’m thankful for my dad coming and replacing all of our old scary outlets and light switches one room at a time, and my brother helping fix leaky facets. Im also thankful for the 3 year old having a great 24 hours with listening and not acting out. I’m hoping my patience and little bits of extra unsolicited attention are helping.
