@fromfurmomtobabymom8-2 nice collection! What do you have? My husband collects bourbon. Tons of them aren't actually open, I think he just likes the hunt.
@leahrnmom we have a lot, probably somewhere around 60 bottles now. It has become my husband's latest hobby, bourbon hunting. He now has my dad and my friend's husband into it too. Last year we managed to get Blanton's, Eagle Rare, EH Taylor, Blood Oath #9, and probably his favorite find, High West Midwinter Night's Dram. What all do you guys have?
@fromfurmomtobabymom8-2 my husband just got an eh Taylor and I bought him one for Christmas off his friend. He has 3 Blanton's now. He just got one, and I got him one in Maryland on my vacation with my friend. He has 2 eagle rare, which are his favorite. There were two that he recently got that are rare but I can't remember their name. I don't think he has the blood oath. He has a few of the booker's too.
i think we are all EDD buddies. I’m 16weeks on the nose today too. Even though I know I’ll have my baby early bc of the planned c section it cool to share the EDD.
@wigglyicecream I agree! I’m also a c-section mama, so he or she will most likely be born on the 1st if my doctor is following the general week early rule.
DD2 came a week and a half early, on her own so we will see! 🙃
@regalmommy1 I fully expect to go late 🤣 ds1 was 5 days late and ds2 was 11 days late. Hoping my little lady is more prompt, but assuming lateness runs in the family at this point!
@wigglyicecream yes my first delivery was natural but he was big (9.7 oz) had a broken clavicle and slight nerve damage, so with my 2nd they were concerned about another difficult labor, they wanted me to do a section but agreed I may be able to go naturally again….but I got dilated to 8 and he got all jammed up in my pelvis and heart rate started going wonky, so they put me in for the emergency c section. I didn’t really panic becuase I was in way too much pain and nothing was helping, and I took an allergic reaction to the adhesive they put on my back. It was definitely a hard experience, I’m glad both me and baby were okay though.
@dimeadozen so a planned c section went smoother then your emergency one ? That gives me hope, as I believe they are going to recommend a C-section this time as well… but I do desperately wanted to avoid it, but I also don’t want to go through what I did last time yahno.
@amberrmariee20 it was a whole lot smoother, planned(ish)! I went in to labor a few days before my planned c-section.
DD2 came a week in a half early - so she wasn’t planned but it wasn’t an as of an emergency to get her out because she wasn’t stressed or in danger, if that makes sense.
When I got to the hospital I was 10cm but my water hadn’t broke so nurses and doctors weren’t as rushed.
They took a hour to get prepped and brought me back.
I was wanting to try for a VBAC, but when the doctor walked in I asked her what she thought was truly best and went with the repeat. I wanted DD here the safest route and I think saving myself the extra stress of pushing and potentially failing really helped my recovery process.
I had serious contractions (less than a minute a part) for about 2 hours but wasn’t overly tired.
For us, it was the better route! But everyone is different, bodies work and heal differently 💛 hoping the best for whatever route you take!
13w4d with quadruplets! This week's pic is brought to you from our hotel room. We decided to take a few days to visit family out of town while we still could!

Csection, mainly because my first one was an emergency.
really makes a difference in my opinion.
