so since this is my first month charting and using opk's, i have alot of annoying (already asked questions), so thanks everybody for your responses.

about eating pineapple core. i know it should be 1-5 dpo, but...if ff doesn't give you crosshairs until 3 dpo, when do you start? should i start today since my opk was positive yesterday??

Do you have any idea of when you usually O? Has your temp gone up yet?

You have to be sure you already O'd before eating it. So I would start tomorrow.

thanks luvs. my temp did start to go up today. not that high, but up higher than it has been since the start of af.

I don't think this is how you are supposed to do it, but I wasn't sure when I O'd this month....so I ate 2 pineapples! I at one around CD 15-19 and then I decided maybe I hadn't O'd yet (suddenly had more EWCM), so I ate another pineapple starting around CD 21.

even if it wasn't right...it worked for you!! congrats!! i think i might just start today and if i have to, i'll just continue if ff confirms O. i guess that can't hurt.

I hear if you eat it too early it can mess with the pH of your CM and make you less fertile. I usually waited until I got crosshairs or at least a good temp rise before starting it. It's supposed to help implantation and since the embryo wouldn't implant until at least 5dop or so it won't hurt to wait until you're relatively sure you've O'd before you start.
