Willa or Cora?

We are completely and utterly torn between Willa and Cora. James (in honor of my father who passed) will be the middle name either way. Which name do you prefer and why? We have a son named Reed if that helps you decide! Thank you!

For one I once knew a dog named Cora which may have to do with it, for the other I am someone that is interested in name meaning and I much prefer Willa's background, but that probably doesn't matter to most.
