  I totally had a giant soda with dinner.  And it was delicious, even if it made me queasy for the rest of the evening.

  Current pregnancy -
  First BFP on 1/4/22.  Due date 9/13/22.
  
  

  Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.

  I'm excited that my husband will need to stay later at our house in NY during vacation and I need to head back for my appointment because I will leave a day earlier than expected with our kids and stay in a hotel with them so I don't have such a long drive back. It also means I won't have to spend more time with MIL.

  I most likely, due to medical history and current issues, will not be approved for travel to my step sisters wedding the end of May. 

  
  

  It’s in Telluride, CO, elevation of about 10K feet, which my OB nurse friend said is pretty much a big no no considering I had preeclampsia last time and I’d literally be jumping from near sea level to that altitude. Apparently doing this can cause BP issues and I’m just not chancing it.

  
  

  Honestly I’m kind of relieved bc it was going to cost us an obnoxious amount in travel and hotel, I’d have to take our son out of school a week before the last day, and not to mention the week I’d have to take off work. 

  
  

  Sadly, I’m already planning on having my OB put this in my online notes bc my family is terrible and will basically make me out to be the worst person ever saying I’m just ‘making excuses’, just so I have ‘proof’. I’m obviously bummed, but secretly excited bc I don’t have to spend now. 😬

  @dsmith211 don’t blame you. I am supposed to be a bridesmaid in an out of town wedding in June. Secretly really don’t want to go.

  I know it's not Friday anymore, but I confess that I went to Walmart on my lunch break and bought the cutest gender-neutral sleeper. I couldn't help myself.

  Can i confess that only after eating chicken broth and a pedialyte pop in 24 hours. I snuck out of school and bought a delicious blt grilled cheese and even though I've been so good limiting my carbs in eating all of it and the chips and I'm on my 3rd gaterade. I'm hoping I can keep all of this down, but it's nice to eat food again.
