I had my first appointment and ultrasound today and unfortunately I’m only measuring at ~6 weeks and there is no detectable heartbeat.  I’m going back  for another ultrasound in a week to confirm but there’s really not much hope.  Based on when I ovulated I should be closer to 8 weeks and I’ve gone over my timeline and there just isn’t much chance that I conceived late during this cycle.  The cruel twist is that my really bad nausea and other symptoms didn’t start until week 7,  meaning I’ve been going through all the bad parts of being pregnant without actually having a viable pregnancy.  

I wish you all the best with your pregnancies, I’m  sad I won’t be able to continue with you all  <3
