Um so crazy and weird was last night in the middle of the night that I went to brush my hair and half of it just broke off and fell out. 😳

Also, this morning was an in depth dream about Chick-fil-A’s breakfast and MH won’t get it and said, “Are you sure you weren’t dreaming about steak and eggs?” You’d think this was his first rodeo 🙄

I had a dream that the wind was super strong and was lifting me off my feet. I laid down on the ground then ran back to my mothers. When I got in she was making dinner and made a SpongeBob square pants sculpture out of potato salad. 🤣

I also dreamt I got my NIPT results back and I’m carrying a boy. Funny part is I haven’t had them drawn yet.

I told my husband I hadn’t been having many dreams/any out of the ordinary and definitely none about me being pregnant or having a baby and he laughed and said he did. I asked him to tell me about it. He was laughing so much and he said in his dream, I was handing him our baby and he was trying to take it from me, but it was too chunky for him to pick up.🤣

I always have dreams about being chased and last night I was trying to hide in a swamp. Whoever was chasing me, found me and thought I was dead, and I was subsequently buried alive. But it was fine because my mom saw it all and unburied me. 🤪 I feel like I’m signing my own papers for the psych ward by sharing this 😂😂😂

Had a dream that I was at a park and suddenly a ship appeared out of the dark, then someone yelled “the baby astronauts are back!” And tons of babies from ships started to come down. They each had a squirrel with a parachute to help them land safely though.

Had a dream I was visiting a friend in Australia and was there for about a week before it was time to leave. But turns out I was also getting married on the same day I was going to leave, so we go to the church. Nothing is set up, a lady is cleaning, etc. But my flight to go back home is at 10am and it's 9am. So I'm sitting in the pew in my wedding dress on my phone trying to reschedule my flight.
My planner self woke up in a panic at this poor preparation of my trip and wedding day lol

I have dreamed of holding a baby/babies two nights in a row, but in both occasions I seemed to "know" that the babies weren't mine. Last night the dream was that I was getting in a helicopter for a city view and I was holding the baby with me; it was a pretty crazy ride and I was scared that the we would fall. Then baby started crying and looking to breastfeed and I thought "ok, I can do this even though I've never done it before.." and then thought "wait, it is too early for me, I don't have milk yet". Then another baby made an appearance, this time even younger than the other one.....what?! Haha

Edit to add: in both dreams I thought the babies were boys. I am hoping for a girl but have been thinking about both situations

On this topic (I have always believed in dreams meaning)...did anyone have a "conception dream"? In Korea (and other Asian countries and India) it is believed that women or family members/friends will have a dream that foretell the pregnancy and the baby's sex and/or character. Mine was pretty vivid! And it happened before I knew I was pregnant

@bre2022 I have had dreams before all of my pregnancies, with the correct sex (at least for my 2 full term pregnancies). But I’ve also had dreams I was pregnant when I wasn’t. Before I found out with my second we had a wine tour planned and I had a dream that I found out I was pregnant and I was asking my best friend if I should still go on the wine tour (which I would never ever actually do!) and she’s like “yeah! you’re not even far along”. Lol. Out of the dream, I went on the wine tour and a week later found out I was pregnant. That one was always wild to me. This time I keep having dreams about being in labor in my livingroom and having a girl. One of them I had twins but I only remembered pushing one baby out. It was a girl and a boy. I’ve also been having dreams about being at the U/S and them telling me it’s a girl and me just sobbing all the happy tears.

Dreams are wild but I definitely do believe there is more to them than just movies in your sleep.

I haven't really dreamed of being pregnant (just once- I dreamed that I was fainting very soap opera style at work and everyone found out).

@bre2022 I don’t remember any of those things being in any of my dreams. Mostly just that I’m pregnant and know the sex of the baby, before I actually know I’m pregnant.

I was thinking thoughts and feelings could really influence the gender portion of my dreams but with ds2 I wanted a girl so bad, and actually had a bit of gender disappointment. But I still only ever dreamed he was a boy even from the beginning. Dreams and birthdays are really strange things to me. Lol.

I had a strange dream before I was pregnant that I was breastfeeding, like one of those very detailed, vivid dreams. I still have them occasionally and not sure that it's because I'm pregnant or researching BF a lot. Ha! I normally have dreams like that if I read/watch something right before bed. If I watch Ozark before bed, I have a dream that I'm a part of a Mexician drug cartel. If I watch a basketball game, I'll dream about it. It's so strange.

I had a dream that my 3 year old had a wiggly tooth. I was nervous because he is to young to start losing teeth and he reaches up and pulls it out. I was so freaked out that when I woke up it took me a minute to realize it was a dream then I was so relieved I didn't have to deal with it. lol

I’ve only had one dream about my baby so far and it was a girl. I’ll let y’all know in August if that’s accurate!

Before I knew I was pregnant, I had a dream that a snake hatched out of my foot. That one was by far the weirdest and still makes me cringe to think about!

Last night I had a dream that I was going to lunch with someone at this Chinese restaurant inside a mall at the local football stadium, but they had decided to sell ingredients instead of meals and just gave me a jar of creamy peanut butter, two jars of crunchy peanut butter, some uncooked lo mein noodles, and a bunch of live shrimp swimming around all together in a Walmart bag. I woke up and was like “you ok in there, subconscious?” 🧐

I don’t know how many football gals we have here, but I dreamed last night that I went grocery shopping and Trevor Lawrence was also there grocery shopping. We chatted like old pals and then I asked to take a picture with him. I had to climb up on top of a ladder to take the picture because he was suddenly 12 ft tall 😅

I finally had a dream with a baby in it. My husband and I got to the hospital and we were handed “our” baby boy. Apparently didn’t have to be there for my birth?? We went through a second of being sad it wasn’t a girl but then immediately fell in love with him. In the dream we went to some other hospital room (that my family was visiting someone in) to show them our baby. The rest of the dream was giving our baby a bath in the hospital hallway bathtub about 4 times.😂 My husband was bathing the baby in water that was a little too deep and I was nervous, so I climbed into the tub fully clothed to hold him for the last bath. (Even though he will likely be the more cautious one in most things, since I’m more experienced with babies.) Old wives tales say the baby’s gender is supposed to be opposite of what you dream, which makes about 80% of ours say girl.😂 But I also feel like it’s all 50/50. I’m dying to know!! And then we can pick the name, buy more clothes, and announcing will be to follow!😍

I had a dream last night that my whole family was driving around trying to find a Goodwill to drop off a ton of donations. Then, we saw this high rise condo building we wanted to look at. So we went up to the 40th floor and my sister turned into a cat and fell through a hole in the floor that went all the way down to the ground and died. I looked at my mom as she was falling and my mom was just like “well, I guess she’s gone 🤷🏻‍♀️“

Also had a dream my half sister was yelling at my dad about somebody ruining her cast iron pot making mashed potatoes. I had just made them in said pot and the only thing wrong with it was it was dirty.

Last night and the night before I had a dream the baby was a girl. Not sure if I’m trying to manifest this (not that I can) or just having a little looksie into the future. Fwiw, I have been wrong all 4 times about the sex of the baby so I’m forgoing my guesses this time.

@KateK819 lord yes. I woke up TERRIBLY sad my dream wasn’t real one morning last week. MH was already gone, too. It was the worst.

I haven’t had any more dreams that I remember, but I do remember my dream-self thinking, “this is bizarre” on more than one occasion. So I figure, if dream-me (who once launched herself, naked from the waist down, off a balcony into a lake Assassin’s Creed style to go get her jeans that she left in the kitchen one room behind her) thinks it’s weird, it probably was. 😂🤣😂
