Negative ultrasound?

Hi I went for a check up..one week after having a lighter/irregular period and got this scan. Any opinions on what the black circle could be?

    This group is for women pregnant and due in august. Maybe you should try the first trimester board.

    This is the board for those of due in August.

    My only opinion is this is not the place for this. If you’re concerned, go back to the dr that ordered this scan.
