So stressed out about my weight.
I was already overweight before becoming pregnant and had plans of doing a lot better and doing high intensity workouts etc to help get my weight down and now I feel like losing weight is out of the picture as a I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant.
It’s already causing me back pain
and I had a history of preeclampsia with my first pregnancy with huge swollen feet and aching legs.
Anyone have any thing positive to add? I appreciate any insight
