Telling older children you’re pregnant

Would love to hear from those who have told older children your pregnancy news. I have a 9 year old who will be over the moon once we tell her but it seems I should wait until our 8-10 week ultrasound. That said, she’s incredibly suspicious that I am pregnant (I have NO idea how she knows) and is asking daily.

    Hi carlie!  This would be a great question for the "great big question" thread.
    Current pregnancy -
    First BFP on 1/4/22.  Due date 9/13/22.

    Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.

    We have told our girls but they are older 10 and 13 we did T-shirt’s and a tiny onsie. It was the best memory to have I am crying again thinking about it. Lol !
