Please how does one manage severe hyperemesis and ulcer at the same time in first trimester?

    This is a medical question and I don't think many will feel qualified to answer. Sorry, friend. Talk to your doctor about it- or multiple doctors. This is something that needs the insight of a medical professional.

    I agree with @starkette. HG is manageable, sucks but there are ways to manage. You need to speak with your OB/midwife about how to best handle it for you. Good luck.
