I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.
Re: TWW Monday 1/31
Month/Cycle: 3/2
CD/DPO: 27/4
Timing: -3p, -2a, -2p, -1a, -1p, so pretty good, 😂.
Typical LP length: 8
Testing: I don't have any early/first response, so I have to wait til 14 dpo, but I will have started my period before then anyway if I'm not ku.
R/R: rave: I went on a solo cabin weekend with no service fri-sun, which was awesome even though it meant I missed the Peggy drama. Rant: all the products that say to start on O day. I can't find out o til 3 days after it has happened, so what am I supposed to do, time travel? SMH. For instance, last cycle o day was cd 28/29, this time it was cd 22/23. There's no way I'm going to risk accidentally taking it 6days and early. I know it's small potatoes, especially since I'm only talking about seed cycling this time, but in all my googling, everything treats o day as some knowable thing in the moment, and that's not true for a significant portion of the population. I'd just appreciate more guidance on which way to fudge things ie; take pumpkin & flax until after temp confirmed o, OR; shift to sunflower & sesame as soon as you get a positive or peak opk, even if o is 5 days away. I opted to not take either from cd 20-cd24pm because I couldn't decide which approach to use. Sorry for the novel.
CS/Q: nope, just trying to distract myself for the next 5-10 days.@sejica Very nice timing! I've been around a while but I've never come across seed cycling. What is that?
Month/Cycle: 5/6
CD/DPO: 20/5
Timing: -3, -2, -1
Typical LP length: 11-12
Testing: No plans for now
R/R: I got my main work tasks finally finished last week and this week things are under control. I'm starting to make plans for friends and family to come visit and currently have something for Feb, April, May and July! It's been over 2.5 years since I've been able to host people because of covid travel restrictions and I'm so (cautiously) excited that it's going to start happening again! For those of you on the east coast, I hope the nor'easter wasn't too bad!
CS/Q: FF originally said CD 13. Now it's CD 15. Any ideas from this chart? My timing is still good, so I think I'll just start expecting AF from ~three days before FF predicts it so I don't get caught out. (However, it does make this TWW feel like it's moving backwardsMonth/Cycle: 5/5 AL
CD/DPO: 19/5
Timing: good (but not as good as @sejica, haha)
Typical LP length: 12 + progesterone
Testing: 2/7
R/R: Life is still a little hectic this week, but hoping to be a little more active here and that the week flies by. That Peggy this weekend was something else.
You all handled them admirably as always though. As far as my world goes, we are supposed to get up to 56 for a high tomorrow and then get snow on Friday. This is the weirdest January weather I have had in awhile. Hoping to sneak in an outside run in the nice weather tomorrow!
CS/Q: Nope@sejica Same thoughts as @Paturkey, great timing but what is seed cycling?
@Paturkey That's great you can finally host people!! I'm too far went in NY where I just got the cold and no snow for once!
Month/Cycle: 25 / 23 (honestly I forget at this point how long its been...)
CD/DPO: 22 / 9
Timing: -4, -2, 0
Typical LP length: 13
Testing: Trying to hold out until Friday, that'd be DPO 13, but I'll probably get my period Saturday so idk.
R/R: I sold my ski pass to my partner's cousin when I found out I was ku'd in Oct. I really wish I didn't because they've already gone about 8 times and the hill by us is expensive to go weekly so just mad about it. They went yesterday for 10 hours and got home, and he was drunk and just pissed me off....kinda know my period's coming because I always seem to want to yell at him right before hand.

@abjm0325 Thanks for taking a look at my chart. It's silly for it to annoy me so much but it is what it is. As for that peggy, phew! *TW* in spoiler for discussion of violent peggy behavior.
@abjm0325 I work hard for that timing lol. That is comforting, I was worried any progeterone support from my seeds would prevent ovulation, but I was conflicted with wantinting to try to lengthen my short LP as soon as possible.
@Paturkey looks like cd 15 to me too unless you usually get your +opk into your temp shift. Are there any other explanations for the early high temp or dip? My temp is higher the morning after pizza (wheat sensitivity) or alcohol.
Re: seed cycling, it's not 'scientifically proven', but it's also really unlikely to be harmful, so I figure why not. Basically, the idea is that you eat fresh ground pumpkin and flax seed from cd1 to o/cd14/full?moon to support (good) estrogen production and then switch to fresh ground sunflower and sesame seed from o/cd15/full moon to af/cd1/new?moon to support progesterone production. I can't remember which moon because I'm not trying to cycle with the moon, I'm focused on gku. I also don't grind seeds, I just eat Costco's mixed seed and nut butter which has pumpkin, and eat sunbutter and tahini during my LP, obviously I am not too concerned. Maybe it helps, maybe not, but I like those foods anyway, and it doesn't hurt to alternate them. I'm already buying alternatives to pb anyway because of a peanut allergy.
Edited for grammar/spelling/clarity.
