Urine culture

Any idea what this urine culture result means?
Mixed urogenital flora: greater than 100,000 colonies forming units

the culture was part of my first prenatal appointment.

    Not a professional, so I would certainly ask your doctor if you are worried.  However it sounds like a mixed culture of bacteria that are normally found in the region. If they didn't call out any particular pathogens, I wouldn't be too worried about it.
