Panicking about alcohol before bfp - need help

This is somewhat of a surprise at 5w! I didn’t think it would happen so quickly. I thought I knew my period date but was off by about a week. I’m really kicking myself for not taking a test a week earlier and very worried about drinks I had, including three drinks in one sitting at 4w3days (without knowing) medication I was taking and now have to wean off and not taking prenatals before I knew. Of course I’m following all recommendations now but still waking up in a panic, not sure if that’s normal or due to the worry. This regret of wishing I’d taken the test a week earlier is looming over all the excitement.
