I am struggling to get enough protein in my diet. I have severe morning sickness (24/7) nothing sounds good. I can sometimes stomach plain carbs in small portions but with this being said, I know how important protein is in pregnancy. Any suggestions on SAFE protein shakes during pregnancy? Or how else to supplement the protein? I can’t stomach the thought of meat right now, and I’m not a fan of nuts or beans.
