Hi knottie. Symptoms usually peak around 9 or 10 weeks. In my pregnancies, I’ve experienced different things throughout; some I’ve had zero symptoms, some I’ve had symptoms the whole time. Try not to be too worried at this point.
Have you seen your dr/midwife yet? Hopefully they can give you the reassurance you need.
Good luck and glad to have you on this journey. It would be a lot easier for communication purposes if you changed your name. You can see the directions in the “read this before posting” thread at the top of the board.
This is around the time the placenta takes over. The crazy wave of hormones should be leveling out, which is typically responsible for all the upfront symptoms. Fingers crossed everything is okay. I know it can be nerve wracking.
My nausea and fatigue started disappearing quickly around week 9/10 and now they are gone (week 12). I was also initially worried but everything is going well! Hopefully you are just over the beginning symptoms, too!
As I’m at 8.5 weeks, I’m noticing some days getting a little better. It’s common, but still has a way of keeping nerves on edge! Every appointment I see baby will be reassuring!😅🥰
It’s normal! My symptoms started improving at 8-9 weeks. Now at 12 weeks I have no symptoms other than the beginning of a baby bump! I was nervous at first too, but I think you can just count yourself lucky
I’m 10w3d and my nausea has subsided a lot the past week. It went from a very annoying constant feeling to almost gone, but now maybe like 20 minutes a day. I’ve also noticed my severe hunger has also gone down, I haven’t had to have a snack or pee in the middle of the night for almost a week. I still get nauseous when I’m hungry though. I keep hearing mixed things so trying to remind myself every pregnancy for every person is different.
