I really want a hot dog.

So I know we aren't supposed to eat hot dogs because of the nitrates, but I want one really bad. So I bought a pack of the expensive fancy kind. Natural Selects Angus (uncured) Beef with no added nitrates or nitrites except those naturally in celery salt. 
What do you think? Can I eat one? 
My first doc appt isn't until Friday, but I'm hungry now.

    My OB and the midwife said hot dogs are fine, as long as they're cooked and heated thoroughly. I haven't wanted them...they make me gag, but they arent' on my banned list.

    Mine said no bacon for the same reason :/ my husband said “get the dang bacon” when we went to breakfast after the appointment lol I eat it only when I eat breakfast out

    The emotional roller coaster of reading this thread. I didn’t think we could have hot dogs, so yay! But then I didn’t think beloved bacon was off limits. Ack! I’ll be asking about both at my Tuesday appointment.
