Current pregnancy - First BFP on 1/4/22. Due date 9/13/22.
Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.
For me, I'm still super anxious, and probably will be until after my first ultrasound (which probably won't be until some time in February).

Stll anxious here too! I feel a little more confident this time than I did last time...lines are darker, more symptoms.. but my first ultrasound isn't until Jan 27th and I think this is going to be the longest 2 weeks of my life.
@whitta1015 I'm being ridiculous and still peeing on a stick every morning even though it's fully dark lol

Feeling nervous about the first ultrasound. I had 2 losses back to back so I reacted quickly. The nurse I saw prescribed progesterone for the next time I had a BFP. Which is this cycle. I never made it further than 6 weeks so today at 7w 1d I feel a little better. Don't know if the progesterone is helping. They did measure my progesterone knowing I was taking the pills and I was at 49.2 when normal range in the first trimester is 4.1- 34.0

@whitta1015 The OPKs I get from Amazon are like $10 for a pack of 25. I opened the latest pack on Monday morning, so that means I can test through 2/3 if I want

So nervous 🥺 I also keep peeing on sticks every couple of days.
I’ve got one DD, but we started TTC in December with a loss that broke me so we waited again until September cycle this year, which also was a loss. Both of those the positives were never super strong & started fading right around 17dpo.
Currently 16dpo and the positive line is now darker than the control line (BFP at 8DPO) & showed up straight away this morning, so I’m feeling cautiously optimistic this time!
I started spotting, stopped, started again, it got darker, it got lighter, then darker again, then lighter again. I have no clue what's going on. The physician assistant tried to talk me off a ledge today and it helped a little bit, but I know I'll feel better if I see my betas rising appropriately. I feel like I have a 50/50 shot here.
Also, I ordered a package of pregnancy tests on Amazon, which were supposed to come today and I got an email saying that there was a shipping error and that they can't send them. What the hell? Is it a sign that there's no sense in testing anymore? (I'm only half joking.)
@rikiteacup Wow! That seems high. How much progesterone are you taking?

Just got my vvvfl two days ago. On 3 tests. Not due for AF for 3 more days. That’s my first hurdle getting past that (I had a chemical in october) then I need to get to US with heart beat (miscarriage at 6+4 in November). I’m super nervous but also feeling optimistic this round.

@zeibak That's how I feel, too. I need one or two good ultrasounds first.

@elle-0409 I am taking 1 gel pill at night. Yes, the levels are high so to me it means my progesterone isn't the culprit for my previous miscarriages. But they told me it can't hurt either way so I have to take the pills until 12 weeks.

This was my first time being pregnant and just had results today that it was a chemical pregnancy. It was our very first month ever trying, so I'm still hopeful for future attempts. 🤞 How long after your chem preg until your period resumed and you were able to start trying again? Any other things that might be good to know?
My first was a chemical pregnancy and I ended up having just a slightly heavier period than normal a few days late. I ended up getting pregnant again a month or two later and had an uncomplicated pregnancy. From what I've heard, chemical pregnancies are fairly common and we only know about them because of super sensitive tests! Wishing you the best.
Was hoping to feel better this week after my ultrasound last week. Instead I have even more questions. I found out we are having twins (Ahhhh) but one is measuring a week behind and had a pretty low heart rate (85). so there is a 50-50 chance I am losing baby B. Have to wait until monday for another US to see what's happening.
That's exactly how mine is @scimomma . If I weren't so eager, I probably wouldn't have known. Glad to hear your next one was successful. Thanks for the advice!
Yeah, chemicals don't usually delay fertility - count your first day of your period as CD1 as usual and then plan your baby dancing as usual based on ovulation.

Hi all. I have my first ultrasound in a couple of days (will be 7+3) and I’ve started feeling pretty hopeless about this pregnancy. There’s no logical reason why I should expect anything but good news, but the closer I get to my scan, the more anxious I feel. In my last and only pregnancy, I had a MMC that was found at 14 weeks, and I think that has given me a TON of anxiety surrounding scans. I am hoping that I feel better after this first scan but something tells me I won’t really be able to relax until after I get past that 14 week mark.
My thoughts are with you ladies and I hope you all are able to keep your spirits up and enjoy your little beans

6w3 right now. Really skeptical and not telling anyone this time around. I almost don't want to tell anyone until the baby is born. Lol.
First ultrasound is next Tuesday. My symptoms are coming and going and now I have a cold so I'm not sure what's a pregnancy and what's being sick.
