My name Rachel and I’m 28, almost 29 living in Vermont with my partner Daniel and our rescue pup and three cats
Due date?
September 21st or 22nd (not confirmed by dr yet)
How did you find out?
Had a feeling, wasn’t trying but just sorta knew, took an at home test and ended up taking 4 more to confirm…all positive😬
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
This is my first pregnancy! I honestly never thought it would happen to me (not for any specific reason) but here we are!! I work as an Early Head Start home visitor so definitely have a lot of experience with babies and development. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years and we own a home here in northern Vermont.
How are you feeling?
Anxious for sure! Hard to believe it’s actually happening. I’m excited but like I said it’s hard to believe it’s actually happening and it can be a little overwhelming especially since we weren’t trying! I’ve had sore breasts, mild cramping/stomach pain/nausea and headaches, increased smell…nothing too crazy though. Definitely tired!
GTKY Fun fact: Tell us what you would choose if you could only eat one thing forever.
Probably nachos!
