    Status: FET prep

    How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? As we approach our FET in the next couple of weeks, I'm getting more nervous, especially with the covid numbers going up. I want this FET to work but I'm so scared that we will lose another baby. And I feel like I'm going to be so paranoid trying to avoid getting covid also. I'm vaccinated and boosted but as a nurse I come into contact with it often. I think I'll end up having to speak to my supervisors pretty soon after so that I can avoid being assigned covid patients.

    Any testing coming up/any recent results? Nope

    Questions? Not right now

    GTKY: What is your go-to comfort book or movie? Not necessarily all-time favorite (although maybe), but one you love to re-watch. I love to rewatch You've Got Mail. It gets me so nostalgic because I grew up just outside of NYC.

    How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? Eh, they are going. Both DH and I are getting over Covid so I am really hoping that we are able to get some good timing in this cycle. I was all ready last night but DH was exhausted and I couldn't blame him as I was too. (Yesterday was the first day back to work for both of us).

    Any testing coming up/any recent results? Nope

    Questions? None at the moment

    GTKY: What is your go-to comfort book or movie? Not necessarily all-time favorite (although maybe), but one you love to re-watch. I have my go-to shows like Criminal Minds when I need some comfort or relaxation time. I also have some movies that I can re-watch over and over but none that I automatically turn to.

    I'm not in the mental space to update here today, but thinking of you all and hanging out briefly in solidarity.

    @shortstack930 I am so hoping this FET is the ticket for you! I don't think the anxiety after a loss ever really goes away, but hopefully enough joy would come along with a BFP to tamper it down a little for you.

    @tessiesmom26 It's tough when one or both of you are too tired. I have to remind myself sometimes that MH is not a robot and that missing what I think is "THE DAY" is not that big of deal in the grand scheme of things.  :D
  • @tessiesmom26 I'm glad you're both starting to feel better! I totally get being too exhausted.

    @abjm0325 sending you virtual hugs!

  • @shortstack930 we must have cross posted, sorry about that! I understand the nervousness around Covid. I am honestly sort of glad that I got it while on our benched cycle so that now it's one less thing to worry about. So sorry your dealing with that right now with your FET coming up.

    @abjm0325 sending you more hugs over here. Here for you.
