Month/Cycle: 24/18/1AL

CD/DPO: 20-3

Timing: Just "OK" by FF standards

Typical LP length: I'll be taking progesterone so 14+3

Testing: I guess to stop progesterone, on 14DPO?

R/R: I was tickled pink this morning at Costco to find lazy pants. I.e. just comfy jogging pants. I got 2 pairs. These are my Covid / weight gain pants. I was really busy/productive this morning, doing a Costco/gas run; doing a general grocery run; and then going to Home Depot to get packing boxes. Even though I don't have HR approval, MH and I decided to start doing the packing. But we're holding off signing the lease until I get the final word.

CS/Q: Nope

GTKY: do you have any pets? (it's a simple one) YES! We have an almost-2-year-old corgi (red and white) who was rehomed to us in April 2021. She's the light of our lives! She's been really clingy for the past few days; I hope it's not because she's sick. But she's an excellent cuddle buddy.

@acleverusername I am equally unsure on the progesterone thing. Since my LP is on the shorter side usually, I figure I'll give it another couple days maybe. Great job being productive this morning!

Month/Cycle: 5/4 AL

CD/DPO: 26/12

Timing: doesn't matter

Typical LP length: 12

Testing: BFN this morning

R/R: I think I'll test one more time Tuesday morning and then stop progesterone. I'm not actually sure what the protocol should be. Should I just stop today? After testing this morning at 5:30 I couldn't get back to sleep (anxious, sad, etc). My DH is also being a grump today, so it has just been fun all around.

CS/Q: Just if anyone has any insight into the timing for stopping progesterone.

GTKY: do you have any pets? Not right now! I'm allergic to cats, and we haven't taken the plunge with a dog yet. Maybe in a year or two!

@abjm0325 Honestly, the "rule" is to stop at 14DPO. I've stopped as early as 11 before. But late implantation does happen, so 14 is a safe bet. Also, everyone responds differently to progesterone. Some ppl get their period day after stopping. In my case, it's exactly 3 days after stopping, which makes for a long LP and why I've previously messed with stopping at 11DPO, taking at test at 12DPO and then calling it a "cycle." Hope this helps. And I hope YH is done being a grouch.

@acleverusername Thank you! That is very helpful. Seems like something that should have been included with my prescription information, but I guess I also should have asked. I'll be a good rule follower for this first time and wait until day 14 and see how my body responds.
