Any good stool softener brands?

I'm 7wks, have been backed up and am curious as to what stool softeners may help. Been eating oatmeal, lots of fruit and veggies and drinking plenty of water- still having problems going to the bathroom.

Check with your doctor, but mine allows Colace.

I used to mix psyllium husks into yogurt. Haven’t used since pregnant, so, yknow, ask your doc.
