Concerned - Bleeding and Spotting at 10 weeks

Hi everyone. For the past 3 days I started out with spotting brown and now I’m bleeding read. I’m pretty certain I’m experiencing a MC.
I’ve heard some women bleed during 1st trimester but I’m beyond scared. I have a 50/50 chance.
Please send prayers.
Also has anyone ever experienced this at all? Any with positive outcomes ? I find out this Thursday.

    My gestational carrier has a subchorionic hematoma and has been bleeding for a month. She even hemoragwd twice and passed clots but baby is happy and vibing. Have you been cramping at all? I'm sorry your have to go through this traumatic experience. Big hugs and lots of prayers 💕

    I’ve had spotting/bleeding on and off this whole pregnancy so far. Started around 5 weeks. It comes and goes with no real pattern. Usually is brown or pink tinged but I’ve had a few red episodes and twice I thought MC for sure. Once was around 10 weeks (I’m 14 now) Ultrasound came back fine and they can’t explain where the bleeding is coming from. 
    I know it’s really scary but hoping and praying everything goes well for you. 🙏
