PCOS and multiple miscarriages

Anyones experiencing this and have been able to get pregnant? Or have you seen an specialist about, and what would the treatment be? 
I have PCOS and we have been trying for a year. I ovulated for the first time on July and got pregnant but had a miscarriage at 10weeks. After I got my period after the miscarriage, I ovulated again on November and got pregnant but had another miscarriage at 5 weeks. I’m pretty sure PCOS is the cause but would like to hear input from anyone experiencing the same.

    I just had my third loss in 8 months. I also have PCOS & just found out that with that there is a 40% higher chance of miscarrying. So I’m going to see my dr next week about getting on progesterone. That can help sustain the pregnancy.
