@knottie I see a very faint second line but taking them out of the plastic makes them void. There is no reason to do that. I would test again in 2-3 days. By then you should have a more clear answer. Best of luck!
Sharing because I spent a long time squinting at mine! The first one was the day after my period was due (at least, I thought it was, but I've been irregular in the two months since coming off the pill so I may have been slightly off - hence the very faint line). I had never seen any kind of positive line on a test before, so I was pretty convinced.
The second (the digital one) was about 36 hours later.
My GP has since confirmed it with blood tests
I feel like there’s always a lot of chatter re blue dye. The pink dye is first response, taken like 2 days after period was due. And then blue dye is CVS brand taken today. I also turned a digital positive 8.26.21
Posting because I found these while I was cleaning out the hall bathroom and thought they might be helpful to someone. Currently I am 21w4d. All the tests here are FRER. Not picking up well on camera but the 10DPO lines are visible, albeit light.
@kirstyyyyy68262 if this is what it looked like in the time frame, then it’s positive! If this was after the time frame in the instructions, wait a few days and take another one.
I just wanted to upload this for anyone looking for progression pictures to compare because mine are easy to see. I know I used to look at these all the time 💕
the bottom test is from Friday and I think Tuesday is 10DPO
@kirstyyyyy68262 Please remember that PG tests are quantitative, not qualitative. You're using 3 different types of tests here to get these results. They're all positive. You should really stop testing at this point, call your doctor to set up your first appointment and go from there. Continual testing will only make you more stressed out and won't tell you anything more than you already know.

October 2015 - 1st MC. 7-8 weeks along. Suspected molar PG, but luckily just a MMC.
June 2016 - 2nd MC: 4-5 weeks CP
September 2016 - 3rd MC: 4-5 weeks CP
RE 1: ALL the testing - 'unexplained' "Yinz can do IVF or try on your own"
Feb 2017 - 4th MC: 6 weeks
RE 2: More tests. Still 'unexplained.' Called fat for an entire hour-long appointment, cried a lot
I’m really conflicted because I don’t feel like the line progresses much over 24hrs so I’m not sure if I really believe they are positive. The first that is clearly negative was Oct 25th which is 10DPO, the last one was this morning at 13DPO, my period is potentially due tomorrow. I will retest in a few days was just curious what others thought. Also this is my first time using the Premom brand, they came with OPK pack.
Believe it or not these were all false positives. There was a digital one too making 5 positive tests. Went into clinic following week all excited for my first checkup only to find i wasnt pregnant. I didn't believe any home test after that. Sonogram 2 months later confirmed when I was ACTUALLY pregnant so yeah, just a cautionary tale. It's rare but it does happen 🤷♀️ Best confirmation is seeing that lil bean on the monitor anyway 🤗
@babyfoxchaser girl if you weren't seen by your doc until a week after these tests you could have easily had a chemical pregnancy in that time frame and therefore shown up to the clinic appearing not pregnant. I highly doubt 5 tests would all be false positives. Digitals are pretty much the least sensitive test out there and HCG would have had to build over the course of a couple days before that would be positive.

today is the day of my missed period. I’ve been testing since 4 days since my missed period. I have a very strong BFP (darker than control online) anyone else have this?

I used this brand and got strong positives right away, I tested 13 and 14 dpo. Give yourself a few days for the hormones to be stronger and test with your first pee of the day :) good luck!
I heard Clearblue was a really good brand. I bought 2 boxes, took the test at different times of the day… and came back with same results. I love how clear the one that says “pregnant” is.

@babyfoxchaser I’m really sorry that it seems like you had a CP but they aren’t false positives.
