Month/Cycle: erm... 23/18/1AL -> very confusing, but I believe if I exclude all of the treatment cycles, this is our 18th cycle of trying to get sperm to meet egg in utero as opposed to in a petrie dish.

CD: 5

WAYDTGKU: vitamins/supplements, Chinese medicine herbs (haven't started those yet!), OPKs, Oura ring temping, elimination diet starting Jan 3, DTD EOD at some point.

R/R: We arrived in Phoenix last night (been road tripping since Dec 21, spending 2 days in San Diego) and it's a very rainy day here. We got a really nice AirBnB with a hot tub and a pool, but I have 0 desire to use either given rain. It should be nice the rest of the time we're here, but we'll see. Really looking forward to seeing my in-laws later today (parents, that is; BIL and wife have been with us since 12/12).

CS/Q: Nope.

WAYDTGKU: OPK, BBT, HIO EOD, PNV, and I bought a rose quartz ring, so, you know… I really don’t need to do anything else 🙄🙄🙄

R/R: We are driving up to Jacksonville to spend Christmas with some extended family. My grandmother will be there and she has pretty bad dementia, so that’s always a little tough. She will look at me and ask, “Have we met?” But I get it and have lots of happy memories with her to focus on.

CS/Q: Nothing terribly exciting yet, but I’ll probably O in the next five days so it’s time to get sexy. And by sexy I mean shave my legs and put on different sweatpants.

@acleverusername Enjoy your trip! Hopefully, the rain will let up and you can enjoy the pool and hot tub.

R/R: Watching Elf and eating a Christmas cookie, so feeling in the holiday spirit tonight. Looking forward to tomorrow, although there will be a lot of family time with both sides the next few days that I will likely resent at some point, haha.

@acleverusername Rose Quartz is supposed to “target hormones and emotions” and is popular in terms of fertility. That being said, I take it with a HUGE grain of salt, and rely far more on my doctors. I don’t think a rock can get me pregnant.

@abjm0325 I hope you had a great time watching Elf. It's one of my really good friend's favorite movie (she's ex-boyfriends sis-in-law who became a dearest friend both during and after that relationship came and went). I did always enjoy it myself. And "YES" to eventually resenting family time just a little bit.

@elle-0409 I s'pose I can get some rose quartz then; it will go well with the deer antler. (See: IF thread in interested.)
