Melatonin

Wondering if melatonin is safe? I can’t find anything on Google other than they don’t know. I won’t see my doctor til 1/10. I worked night shift for 4 years and now have horrible sleep issues. Thanks

    You should be able to call your doctor’s nurse line and get an answer.

    Right on the bottle it says either don’t take if pregnant or to consult your doctor. I would just give them a call.
