    Today my baby is simultaneously the size of an artichoke, but also a sweet potato. I guess the content creators of TB buy teeny tiny sweet potatoes lol.

    I’m reading on baby center it says baby is measuring head to toe 10” but here it says crown to rump 6.5”.

    either way, i look down at the belly and I’m like, “no way is something the size of a babe is doll in there”

    Any moms here in Kentucky?! So devastating  watching the wreckage on the news….

    My random for today is we are going on a date in 2 weeks (I booked it with our favorite babysitter who will be home from college) and I have been reviewing the menu every day and deciding what I want to get. Has anyone been to Capital Grille? This is a Big. Date. Night. and I am so excited!!!!

    @tacosandtums I live in Kentucky but not in one of the affected areas. My college town (Bowling Green) got crushed but even that isn’t as horrible as some of the smaller western KY towns. It’s so sad :(

    @tacosandtums I have a friend who is a math professor and lives in Bowling Green and she’s still out, too. I hate natural disasters. Dealing with hurricanes every damn year is one thing, but at least we can see them coming like a week out. Nothing like this.     They’re definitely my guilty pleasure and it’s like one of those things you love to hate. Some of my favorites are Christmas Inheritance, the Princess Switch, and Holidate

    @b_1029 there used to be a good time traveling-ish Hallmark esque one on Netflix, The spirit of Christmas. Also another favorite, might be in Netflix, A Princess for Christmas, with none other than a very young Sam Heugan. 

    Also I have the Frndly app (or whatever it's called) that gets you all the Hallmark channels, so that's what I watch 🙈

    Just another random rec…. But working my way through Defending Jacob on AppleTV and it has me hooked. Intense (and deals with kids & murder) but one of those shows where you can’t tell where it’s going.

    I’m pissed off at DH for being incredibly lazy today and am 0% excited to go to the family holiday party in *checks watch* 30 min. DD wouldn’t go down for a nap and has probably only been asleep for an hour, I feel exhausted and fat, and generally not social. Yay holidays!!!!

    We decided to renovate a mini kitchenette as a Christmas present. Turns out it’s going to destroy our marriage and my sanity. Why is picking a paint color for a freaking toy kitchen so effing hard.

    @brookejay06 I thought about "renovating" DS's kitchen when we moved into our house to go with his playroom, and never got around to it. Maybe that's a good thing 😂

    @runninginva I know I’m making it way more complicated than it needs to be… but sometimes with all the assembly/disassembly, unless it’s a super nice piece of furniture, you might as well buy a new one 😂😂
