Hair highlights/pedicures/manicures - Safety in the first trimester?

in 1st Trimester
FTM, starting with my 13w & wanted to know your take on getting highlights not full root hair color but just the ends during the firs trimester? 
The same question I have for nail color/pedicures etc. I know about the 7free for the nail color but also read somewhere that the pedicure massage etc can trigger contractions. So am hesitant to get all this done. Thank you!!

    If foot rubs triggered contractions in everyone they wouldn’t be allowed to do them, like certain massage points and you’d have to get a prenatal pedicure. Ask your doctor if you’re that concerned, but otherwise these should be safe.

    All of this is safe. 100%. My mother owns a hair salon and I got my hair fully colored root to tip, pedicures, and manicures throughout my pregnancy.
