Maternal serum screening came back positive

Hi ladies, 37 years old and pregnant with baby number 3. My first round of prenatal screening (maternal serum screening bloodwork) came back positive. I’m in Ontario, Canada and my doctor sent me to get the Dynacare Harmony test for more information. While I wait for the results I am trying not to freak out. Has anyone been through this? Any words for wisdom?
