Bug bite help??

Son is allergic to mosquito bites, went to Urgent care few weeks ago for red bumps from bites. Was told just mosquito bites that he was allergic. We’ll he keeps getting them before urgent care and after. Just got more JUST LAST NIGHT or atleast showed up this AM. Checked for bed bugs no signs. His bedding all new, no one else is having the problem. Any help be awesome. It’s fall now so idk if mosquito? Maybe flea bites? We don’t have pets but friends do and yard does have sand fleas.
