Last night I made one of my very favorite cold-weather dishes for the first time in months—Pakistani Kima. It was SO SO GOOD and I can’t wait to eat it for dinner again tonight!!!
@lexilougolden It’s so yummy! It’s a kind of curry. It’s weird, because based on the ingredients it seems like it should be a midwesterner’s fake curry (I say as someone who grew up in Indiana), but it’s soooo good. I use ground beef, potatoes (usually red), and peas. I also make her Moroccan vinaigrette (linked on the recipe page) for on top. And we have some delicious ghost pepper salt that is perfect on top!
@alylove11 If you asked, I don't remember! I grew up in Fort Wayne and we visit often to see family (who all still lives there). Also have family in South Bend and Indianapolis, and I went to college at IU in Bloomington. What's your connection??
I had a craving for something sweet with nothing appealing in the house. Then I stumbled on some fruity pebbles. I rarely eat cereal but for some reason they sounded soooo good. They were amazing.
