I woke up early to finish some work & was surprised that our cat kept jumping up on the kitchen counter. (He doesn’t do that normally.) I finally got up to see what he was so interested in: he was licking and gnawing a papaya in the fruit bowl. So I cut him up some small pieces. He cleaned his plate.😄

I didn’t see a chart stalk/questions for oct, and it’s the 20th, so I hope it’s ok if I ask here…..
I changed my bbt thermometer battery today. This cycles chart seems a little more closely packed than previous cycles (the temps don’t vary as much) and I read once it could mean that the battery is going. Well this morning my thermometer flickered before it came on and I figured it was time. Is this a dumb question? Will changing the battery mid cycle, right before ovulation, affect my chart? I’ll probably just have to wait and see?
@paytonpedro i suspect you'll have to wait and see but i also remember having some charts that were just... amazingly consistent. like straight lines especially through my luteal phase. but if the screen flickered that's a sign for sure.

In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.

PGT-A results all abnormal. Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow. @paytonpedro we can be weird chart buddies this cycle. mine is just completely like, what the F is going on body. i'd say i was having an anovulatory cycle except all my other symptoms are exactly on schedule. maybe i should also check my thermometer's battery.

Applying for an internship that would be 10 weeks next summer and possibly located across the country should be a good way to trick the universe into letting me get pregnant soon, right?
@fantasyflyte i would say yes except i already tried this strategy with "i think i'll accept a full-time job (that is actually going to be more like 60 hours a week) right around the same time that i plan to do a FET for an awkward due date/height of spring term mash-up" but the universe was not tricked and i am still not preggers. i hope it works better for you!

just generally lobbing this complaint out there that TB's code is the jankiest. I was wondering recently what had happened to my spoilered signature with ttc history. Everything seems like it should be all right in my settings and i've not changed anything but for the last week or so, no signature to be seen. after some experimentation, it turns out that if i have a non-spoilered line before the spoilered signature begins (does that make any sense?), then it turns up as it should. but if i delete the extra line, the signature disappears.

Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
