WAYDTGKU: ntnp but will probably still temp when af is done.

R/R: I’m going to stick around and ntnp this cycle I think. Mh has given me no further insight into what he’s thinking, probably because he doesn’t really think 🙄… so here we are. I’m feeling aggravated with ttc this cycle. Otherwise, we had a beautiful weekend. The weather was perfect, and we FINALLY got our potatoes out of the ground! We harvested 30-40lbs. So not amazing but I’m happy with it.

R/R: bad mood today. Went to bed with cramps, knew CD1 was coming, had a pregnancy dream. Been feeling burnt out, and 1 of my 2 classes today was canceled, so I'm declari g a mental health day and skipping the other one. I haven't had a day off of both school and work in like a month.

I also have big complicated feelings because this is the start of your 12th cycle so there's that. I'm sure I'll return to my optimistic self soon but right now I'm sad.

@fantasyflyte first of all, good on you for taking a mental health day. No break in a month sounds intense. As for starting your 12th cycle… yeah, it’s a sucky feeling. 🐙

WAYDTGKU: prepping for retrieval #2

R/R: Sergio is still nowhere to be found but I can feel that it’s close. Based on the last 2 cycles (following medications) I expect him to show in the next 3 days.

Yesterday I went to a new fertility support group as my old one has stopped meeting regularly **TW** Pregnancy

Because 3/5 of the members are well into their pregnancies. So it was just me and another girl left. And while I’ve found great friends in these ladies, I expect it’ll only get harder as months go by and they have their babies. So time for another group!

Interestingly enough, of the ~12 ppl there yesterday, about 5-6 were “38 and Unexplained.” And many were in the same stage of their journey so it was really nice to chat with them.

@fantasyflyte those pregnancy dreams are the worst. Good for you on the mental health day, I hope you enjoy it and get lots of recharging done.

@acleverusername Glad you found a new group. How do you go about finding such a group?

R/R: have to call insurance today to sort out a few things. My clinic emailed me to say my insurance rep wasn't sure if I had medication coverage or not so they want me to call and double check.

@walkawaynee oooh, thanks for reminding me I need to call the RE to make sure they submit to my insurance for prior authorization because insurance is stupid.

@fantasyflyte I’m glad you’re taking a mental health day. It sounds like you need it. Make sure to put your feet up and relax or do whatever makes you feel better! ❤️

@acleverusername lol is Sergio ovulation? Glad you found a new group and *real* people at the same point in their journey as you. It has to be very nice to have a community of in person support like that. I’m also curious how you go about finding a group like that.

@walkawaynee I’ll just store them and use them throughout the winter. It’s really not as many as it sounds. I was honestly hoping for more. They’ll keep for months when kept in a cool darker place.

I hope it’s an easy call to the insurance company and they can clarify.

@paytonpedro “Sergio” is what I call my LH surge. As for the group, my last group I did through a local therapist. It was a 6-week group therapy course. This time, I reached out to her to see if she knew of other former group members who might be in the same boat (still TTC while others in their cohort have moved on) but she doesn’t keep in touch with them so instead recommend I look into RESOLVE.org. So that’s what I did.

@walkawaynee I hope you DO have med coverage. It’s almost as expensive as the procedures themselves.

R/R: I'm finally starting to feel a little better from this brutal cold. Fingers crossed that my SO and I are both feeling better before O but it's looking good. Last cycle wasn't until CD 20 so we've still got some time to recover.

CS/Q: I couldn't temp for a few days because I actually could not breathe through my nose at all so my chart is wonky right now. I'm such a data nerd and it's driving me nuts. I never take days off temping even during AF when my temp is all over the place. It's completely silly but I just hate an incomplete chart.

R/R: I'm off from work today and I've actually been pretty productive. I've got dinner in the crock pot, I vacuumed the house, cleaned up the kitchen, and put away all of the laundry. Now I just need to stop procrastinating schoolwork.

@paturkey I’m glad you’re starting to feel better! Hopefully you can get your chart looking better soon. I temp vaginally which is perfect because I’m a mouth breather but obviously I can’t temp during af. So my charts are always incomplete and it drives me nuts so I feel you there.

Grrr. To add to my frustrations today I just got a call from work that they’re closing my office on saturdays (the only day I work) and I’ll have to work at another office. While it’s only *temporary* they have no idea how long I’ll have to be over there. I’m anxious, mad, sad, everything. Ugh.
