My dog is obsessed with me

No, not normal-obsessed, but serial killer obsessed. He's stalking me.

The evidence:

-he lays on the bed with me and keeps either his head or paw on my belly

-I woke up last night with him staring at my belly through the covers (standing on the side of the bed with his chin on the mattress)

-he stalks me for my underwear, and carries it around. No matter where I put it, he finds it. Short of taking it down to the laundry room every day - which I'm too lazy to do. So now all of my undies get bleached.

-if we put his bed on my H's side of the bed, he will whine and pull it over to my side. If he can't pull it, he will sleep on the bed with me.

At least he's cute, and soft. But stinky sometimes. I just hope he likes the kid out of my belly as much as in.

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwww...I wish mine were that considerate. My schnauzer still jumps up on me. We keep joking that little man is going to come out with paw print indents on his head.

    Awh, that's cute.  Our youngest lab has been very affectionate and clingy.  Our oldest lab has kind'of just stayed out of the way (and he's normally pretty loving).  Guess they are trying to figure it all out.

    I think my dog is in love with my unborn baby. I have a shiba, so normally he's not a cuddly guy.... but he's all about me lately. Go figure!

    Mine has been the same way, and the underweare thing weirds me out, he keeps stealing it so I have to put it into a seperate hamper and put it on a shelf.

    When I first read this I could have sworn someone was writing this about my dogs....

    I have two Pugs so they are normally pretty clingy but good lord, this is ridiculous! DH won't let them sleep in the bed anymore because he can't even get within two feet of me anymore...

    I totally agree I think my dog Emme is obsessed with stealing underwear and looking at my belly or laying her head on it 24-7.  I guess she knows her days of sitting on my lap are numbered.  POOR EMME!
