R/R: I slept so much better last night!! 9.5 hours! I’m heading back into school today to finish getting things set up for the first day next week. I felt like I barely got anything done yesterday, despite being busy all day.

R/R: I have to drive 2 hours one way to work tomorrow which is an added stressor. But it is really okay because I get to go work with my old coworkers and I miss them a lot!
CS/Q: I'm still not sure if I should mark all of the high readings as a positive OPK in FF or not. Slapped that in a spoiler - and I just tested and it was high again for the 5th day in a row at 1.36. I'm wondering if this was a bad batch or something at this point.
@gingermama29 9.5 of sleep sounds heavenly! I'm a solid 7-hr-a-night sleeper. Can't seem to sleep more than that, unless I'm sick.
@jellie603 Hmmm, don't know about your LH dilemma. It's really a weird one. I've read that some people have LH plateaus, but you're only supposed to get a high reading for 2-3 days. I'll keep looking around and see if I can learn more info about it.

Typical LP length: used to be about 10 without progesterone supplementation; we'll see if the work I'm doing with functional medicine to improve my nutrients and HPA axis has changed this

R/R: I learned yesterday that I'm getting a promotion! Woo! I've been at my current level with my current company for 1.5 years, so I think the timing is great. Feeling really great about all of the positive things my colleagues have said about me. And I also got my Vitamin D checked earlier this week, and after taking 10,000IU for about 1.5 months, it's finally at 60! My func medicine doctor wants it closer to 80, so I'm going to keep taking that amount. Woo.

R/R: y’all, my chart is a whole mess. I posted over in the OPK help thread bc I’m so confused, but basically I had my biggest lh surge yesterday, which is the THIRD positive this cycle. (Also got a BFN.)
The Proov test I took today suggests I didn’t o after my second surge suggests (8 days ago), so hoping third time is the charm! And if not, I’m planning to use Ava next month to try to figure out what’s going on.
