Hello friends,
This is not my first pregnancy. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks Aug 2018, and my son was born, after what I would luckily call a great pregnancy, in Aug 2019.
I’m currently 9w6 with baby #2 and have been spotting or full on bleeding for going on 3 weeks.
Tell a miscarriage survivor that bleeding is normal doesn’t sit well. I cannot understand this as normal. I have no cramping, my pads are lightly spotted, but when I wipe it’s like I’m on my heaviest day of my period. Again, only when I wipe and hardly on my liners.
I went to the dr week 7 and 8 and baby was fine and actually growing. She saw no blood in my trans vag scan but WHERE IS THE BLOOD COMING FROM? Nothing I Google can answer me this.
Mentally, I’m a mess and can’t even begin to feel happiness that I’ve seen a heartbeat twice now. This just doesn’t seem normal.
Any insight, your experience, anything to make me feel glimmers of hope are greatly appreciated!!
fun fact: this baby is due the exact due date that my miscarriage baby would’ve been born, had it survived. You can imagine my anxiety :-D

Stay strong Momma! It sounds like you are checking in with your doctor and they are keeping an eye on everything. They know your situation the best. Hope that helps and sending you positive thoughts!
