Pathology Report after D&C

I had my D&C Wednesday after losing my baby at 10 weeks. I just now got a message with the pathology results. I know I will get a call Monday from my doctor but as I’m sure many of you know, after everything, the two day wait is still excruciating. Can anyone help me decipher the message?
